Delton Grand Resort & Spa Guest Policies

Unit Descriptions

Each villa is individually owned. Each villa may be slightly different than the category descriptions, with  varying floor plans, furnishings, colors and accessories. Square footage descriptions are approximations.


Cancellations received at least 72 hours in advance of check in, deposit will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours in advance of scheduled check-in are not eligible for any refund. No refunds for early departure.

Check - In

Check-in time is 4 PM on your arrival date. Office for check-in is located at 670 East Lake Avenue. Resort office is open Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

Check - Out

Check out time is 10:30 AM. Please observe this rule, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next arrival. Prior to leaving, please secure all doors and windows, load the dishwasher, and start it. Remove all trash and take to dumpsters and strip beds.

Damaged or Missing Items in Villas

Delton Grand staff do a thorough inspection of each villa to ensure that they are in good condition and that guests will not be inadvertently billed for missing or broken items.  Please assist us by reporting any missing or broken items to our office within twenty-four hours of arrival so that you will not be help responsible.

Furnishings and Equipment

Units are furnished with towels, linens, dishes, cookware, flatware, glassware, basic appliances and cleaning supplies. Please be aware that for health issues no food items (condiments) will be provided.


Large gatherings are prohibited without a separate group agreement. Special pricing and security deposits may be required. Please call or visit office for details


Because this is a condominium resort, and to ensure that  our guests enjoy total privacy, we do not provide daily cleaning service. You may request housekeeping service for an additional fee. Please contact resort office for details.

Incidental Charges

The resort requires a credit card imprint at the time of check in. This credit card is held for potential unit damage, missing items, or incidental charges during the stay.

Internet Access

Hardwire Internet service is provided in each unit. Wi-Fi is not password protected. Please ensure that your computer is set to "Automatic IP Acquisition". We are unable to provide any IT/Computer advice.
